Best Paper Award of IPCC 2010 won by DPA researchers Erkki Karo, 25.08.2010 06:59, E-mail to author

Professor Rainer Kattel and Dr. Veiko Lember from the Department of Public Administration have been awarded the Best Paper Award at the 2010 International Public Procurement Conference (AUG 26-28 2010, Soul, Korea).

The paper titled 'Public Procurement as an Industrial Policy Tool: An option for developing countries?' was also chosen for publication in the special issue of the Journal of Public Procurement.
