Dr. Michael Kull has been appointed as a Visiting Professor at the Department of Public Administration, Chair of Local Government and Regional Policy.

At DPA, Michael Kull will be involved in research and teaching on the issues of multi-level governance that he has previously researched during his PhD studies at the University of Helsinki and subsequent research positions in various Finnish research institutes.

He has also worked as a lecturer at DPA and has been linked to several research projects of the department.
