Tallinn University of Technology is looking for a result-oriented
Chief Technology Transfer Officer
The Officers main responsibilities include:
· Commercialization of intellectual property
· Assessment of the patentability and market potential of inventions
· Development of competence in technology transfer and intellectual property
· Cooperation with other universities and networks in the field.
Requirements for candidates:
Education
Master’s degree (or similar qualification) is required. Doctor’s degree or similar qualification in natural, exact, or engineering sciences is of advantage.
Knowledge in fields of economy and law are beneficial.
Experience
At least two years of work experience in the field of technology transfer and in business is preferred.
Work experience in the academia is of advantage.
Languages
Excellent command of written and spoken English is required. Skills in any other foreign language are an advantage.
