The Faculty of Information Technology (founded in 1965) trains specialists in the main fields of information and communications technology (ICT) at bachelor, master and doctoral level. High-quality knowledge based teaching and training is based on international research and development activities, and tight cooperation with ICT industry.

There are more than 2100 students annually learning in the faculty, which employs 150 faculty members, lecturers, researchers and engineers.
