Tallinn College of Tallinn University of Technology was founded in 1997 to provide applied higher education. For young people choosing applied higher education means clearer specialisation and quicker independence as they get the professional skills required for employment.
The mission of Tallinn College of TUT is to offer internationally competitive applied higher education essential for Estonia's development. In this connection our primary task is to improve study and research quality and results, develop curricula to support Estonia's sustainable development.
Currently 1,000 students study at our College. In 14 years about 2,000 students have graduated from the College. Our slogan is "On the way to the top" that we follow in our work. It is a pleasure to experience that this slogan has been endorsed in our alumni career path. We take pride in our successful alumni, appreciated as efficient professionals because in addition to knowledge students gain also practical skills. Their welfare is important to us, as one of the essential criteria of the efficiency of the College is competitive graduates.
A friendly atmosphere creates a stress-free environment which enables students to concentrate on the content of studies. This serves as basis for future success.
The College has international co-operation contacts with several European universities for students' and teachers' exchange. The College has joined international education network via different projects.
Our students have an oppurtunity to go to study abroad for a term to 20 universities in 11 countries. We offer high-quality education and provide students with international experience.
