The structure of TLS is divided into three Chairs and one Centre:

Administration
Council
The Council of Tallinn Law School is the collegiate decision making body of TLS. Current members are:
- Katrin Nyman-Metcalf, Professor, Head of Chair of Law and Technology;
- Tanel Kerikmäe, Professor, Head of Jean Monnet Chair of European Law;
- Lehte Roots, Holder of Chair of Public Law;
- Evhen Tsybulenko, Head of Human Rights Centre;
- Kari Käsper, representative of employees;
- Pia Letto-Vanamo, Professor, Director of the Institute of Economic Law and Vice-Dean of Research of Faculty of Law of University of Helsinki,
- Manuel Carlos Lopes Porto, Professor and former Dean of Faculty of Law of University of Coimbra;
- Leif Kalev, Director of Institute of Political Science and Governance of Tallinn University.
Director
The Director is responsible for day-to-day management of TLS. Tanel Kerikmäe is the current Director.
