• Logistics Summer School 2015:
    August 26.-28, 2015

    We are proud to announce the third TUT Logistics Summer School in August, 26.-28.

    The two previous summer schools in 2013 and 2014 were with great interest and success. This year we will focus on the objects that have or will influence the society - mainly big objects related to transportation and logistics. But also about how thinking and acting BIG will be the key to success in the near future.

    A number of well known leading professors and experts will present their views on this topic, some of them to be listed here: prof. Jorma Mäntynen and prof. Jarkko Rantala from Tampere University of Technology, prof. Lauri Ojala from Turku University, Vice President of European Comission in the area of transportation (2004-2014) Siim Kallas, Raivo Vare and others.

    The third summer school is an excellent opportunity to meet and discuss the important issues in transportation for students, experts and everybody interested in the future of transportation and logistics.

    Participation fee at the summer school is 30 EUR, with a special price of 15 EUR for students. This fee includes the participation at lectures and discussions, materials, coffee breaks and lunch as well as the reception at Tallinn Airport in August 26th.

    Registration is mandatory here. Please add your student card number and name of your school/university in the Notice field to get the student discount.

    All participant who attend in all three days and the reception, and pass given tasks (easy ones) will receive a Certificate of a course equal to amount of 1 ECTS.
