Four TTÜ reseachers received National Science Awards
The Estonian Government approved the prize winners of National Science Awards this year.
Prize for R&D based on the scientific discovery leading to an innovative product with a significant socio-economic impact: R&D Basic Technologies for E-Society – Ahto Buldas, professor at TTÜ Department of Software Science.
Prize for exact sciences – Ülle Kotta, TTÜ leading research scientist who earned the prize with a series of works Algebraic Methods in Mathematical Management Theory.
Prize in technical sciences – Jarek Kurnitski, Head of the research group at TTÜ Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture, who receives a prize for the work series The Limits and Technical Solutions of Nearly Zero Energy Buildings.
Prize in social sciences – Ringa Raudla, Professor of TTÜ Ragnar Nurkse Department of Innovation and Governance, who receives a prize for the work series Development and Challenges of Public Finances During and After Crises in Estonia and Europe.
