Global Vision Grand Final Conference on 21 August
TUT Ragnar Nurkse School of Innovation and Governance (RNS) invites everyone to participate in a conference where representatives of the Baltic Sea Region share their experience in exporting clean technologies.
The conference takes place in Meriton Grand Conference & Spa Hotel Conference Room “K.J. Peterson II” on 21 August 10.30-16.00 (ca). The conference marks the end of the Global Vision project (2011-2013). The aim of this project is to address and analyse perceived barriers for growth through a transregional project with the focus on assessing the situation of the cleantech industry and existing context and policies, developing tools and approaches, as well as developing new structures and processes for supporting the growth of the cleantech industry in the Central Baltic area and beyond. The project is conducted in the Central Baltic area, including regions from Sweden (covering regions Örebro, Stockholm and Östergötland), Estonia and Latvia.
The Estonian part of the Global Vision project is being headed by RNS Senior Research Fellow Dr. Tarmo Kalvet, the project also features RNS Research Fellow Kaija Valdmaa. A short summary of the project can be accessed under this RNS web site section.
