Merko Ehitus Eesti Scholarship of Young Lecturer/Researcher
The Scholarship aim is to support young Tallinn University of Technology researcher/teaching staff to promote academic career.
Merko Ehitus Eesti Scholarship of Young Lecturer/Researcher is intended for Tallinn University of Technology Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture successful researchers and teaching staff who is under 40.
The amount of the scholarship is 3500 euros (single payment). Applying for the scholarship and nomination takes place through open competition.
Applications or submissions for the scholarship competition can be submitted by the candidate himself/herself or by the director of the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture, the direct leader or colleagues of the candidate.
To apply or to nominate candidate for the scholarship it shall submited the following documents to the Management Board of TTU Development Fund:
- application or submission letter, justifying its compliance with the scholarship conditions (max length is one A4);
- reference to candidate ETIS profile;
- at least 2 recommendation from a TTU’s teaching staff or scientist with PhD-s if candidate submits the application himself/herself;
A year after the scholarship is recieved, the scholarship recipient shall present report to AS Merko Ehitus Eesti and to Management Board of TTU Development Fund of his/her scientific work and research carried out during that year.
Any possible problems related to nomination of the scholarship will be solved by the scholarship committee.
