Business Development program NGAL
International business development program - Network Globally, Act Locally (NGAL)
NGAL is an intensive hands-on business development program for early stage student teams. Program starts with the bootcamp in Estonia (1 week in Tartu, 1 Week in Tallinn) and ends with a camp in Charleston, USA. At the final day teams pitch to judges, Charleston-area entrepreneurs, and the best teams will be awarded.
The program enables you to develop your business idea and MVP together with student teams from two Estonian and three US universities: Tallinn University of Technology, University of Tartu, College of Charleston, The Citadel (Military College of South Carolina) and Nebraska Wesleyan University. You will get guidance from business mentors and have a chance to explore your business potential at global market. Project is financed by Harry and Reba Huge Foundation.
From Tallinn University of Technology 4 students representing 2 teams will be selected.
Criteria for the team:
- The team should have a business idea
- 2 participating team members should be students of TTÜ
- Participation fee for TTÜ students is 100€.
NGAL 4 Program schedule 2018:
4-6.juneTartu - Teams meet and introduce their ideas to each other and mentors.
6-9.june Tallinn - we travel to Tallinn and the work continues with mentors in Mektory.
10-17.june Lincoln (Nebraska) - we all travel to Lincoln where business ideas get ready for the final pitching event on june 15th.
The whole program is valued up to 100 000 USD! Each TTÜ student's own cost for the full all included (food, accommodation, flights, mentors, etc) program will be symbolic 100€.
