How to apply
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO APPLY FOR ERASMUS+ SCHOLARSHIP FOR INTERNSHIP
STEP 1 - Find yourself a place for your internship. Keep in mind, that it has to be related to your studies and it has to meet the criterias of the Internship/Practice/etc subject in your curriculum.
STEP 3 - Send the Letter of Acceptance, the Application and a copy of your health insurance or European Health Insurance Card to kerli dot roosimaa at taltech dot ee.
Now wait. The scholarhsip committee will decide if you are suitable for the Erasmus+ internship scholarship.
After receiving a positive answer:
STEP 4 - Fill in the Learning Agreement and Terms of Placement Agreement (not needed for PhD students and recent graduates). Get the documents signed. Send signed copies to kerli dot roosimaa at taltech dot ee.
STEP 5 - You will receive a Financial Agreement, sign it. 70% of the whole scholarship will be transfered to you on the last working day of the month.
STEP 6 - You are required to take two OLS Language tests: one before the internship starts and the second one after the internship has ended. The test will be in the the language which you are using during your internship. Tests are online. In case you are interested, there is in most cases a free online course of the local language available at OLS platform. (If you are using your native language, there will be no OLS tests.)
STEP 7 - After the internship has ended you have to present the following documents to the Mobility Centre: Letter of Confirmation, Student Placement Evaluation, document proving you have received ECTS for the internship ("Praktikaarvestuse avaldus" or "Töökogemusest õpitu arvestamise taotlus/ülekandeleht" or a simple screenshot of the needed information (not needed for PhD students and recent graduates)) and fill in digitally EU Survey. After all this is done, you will receive 30% of the whole scholarship.
