Recruitment is held by public competition and internally within the organization. Notices of public competitions will be published on the university’s website and in the university newspaper Mente et Manu.
After the recruitment procedure the staff recruitment documents will be forwarded to the Election Committee (applications for Professor positions) or Dean/Director of an academic unit (applications for other academic positions). Academic staff recruitment is held in accordance with the Academic Career Management. First-time candidates may be required to give a public lecture (venia legendi).
The documents will be evaluated and a ballot will be held in the Council. The candidates will be informed of the results after the election.
