Personnel Work Arrangements
Employment contracts with new staff are prepared in the Personnel Office according to the information obtained from the heads of structural units. New staff are required to present the following documents to the Personnel Office:
- passport or personal identification card,
- certificate of education,
- 1 document photo for the employee identification card.
New staff from abroad are required to settle health insurance and residence permit to comply with taxation regulations.
Qualifications and requirements to apply for a position, work descriptions and expectable results of academic staff positions are described in the regulation of academic staff job descriptions. Job descriptions of non-academic positions are composed individually to each position by the employee and his/her supervisor.
